Rich Green
CFO North America
Rich Green joined Vertex through their acquisition of Alliance Data Utility Services and is the CFO of Vertex Business Services, NA. In this position, Green is responsible for all of the finance, accounting and vendor management functions within this division. Rich joined ADUS in 2000 as vice president of finance for Utility Services. Prior to joining Alliance, Rich served as senior vice president and CFO of Bankcard Program Services, a division within First Data Corporation (FDC), where he was responsible for all finance and accounting activities for this business segment that provided credit, collection and customer service activities on a service bureau basis to credit card bankcard issuers. During his 14 years with FDC, he held other various finance positions within First Data primarily involved with financial analysis and acquisition analysis. Rich has a BSBA and an MBA in Finance from the University of Nebraska. In addition, he has a Masters in Computer Systems Management from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
